Boy: I had a surgery on a boy with a brain tumor and he survived it.
Girl: Good job, Mr. Surgeon. Thank God the boy survives.
Boy: I dunno which gods you mean, but the success of the surgery was due to the technology used and the surgeon and nurses and doctors contributing there. You can still thank your god anyway, but I'm not sure if your god was there or not.
Girl: Wowowowowow.... Is that what you think, Mr. Atheist?
Boy: Yes, exactly.
Girl: So, it means that you really don't believe in God?
Boy: I dunno. It's just that the surgery doesn't have anything to do with god. You should have thanked me, instead of god.
